MEET THE FOUNDER OF FNPI
Hi, I’m Robyn Spangler
Robyn is a Functional Dietitian Nutritionist and has built multiple businesses within the functional space including her 1-1 practice, The Clear Skin lab, FNPI and her mineral product line, Rayvi.
Her journey of addressing the root cause of her psoriasis & period problems changed her life and led her down this career path. It wasn’t her Nutrition & Dietetics degree that gave her the tools though. While her Bachelors, Masters and Dietetic internship provided valuable education, it wasn’t exactly the root cause lens she was after. To seek additional functional training, she applied and was accepted as one of the first students to complete the Integrative & Functional Dietetics mentorship program at Kansas University Medical Center. One of the first programs of its kind in the country at the time. From there, she went on to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars to continue her education in the root cause medicine space.

Cassie Bumsted rdn, ld, clt is a Functional Nutrition Registered Dietitian. She is a certified LEAP therapist and has recently completed an extensive integrative & functional nutrition training course. Cassie has been working in the field of dietetics since 2013. Her passion is helping clients find the root cause and empowering clients to be able to take charge of their own health. She specializes in GI concerns and food sensitivities. When Cassie is not working, she is spending time with her daughter or husband. She always enjoys finding new and exciting adventures!

Carolyn rdn, ld is a Functional Medicine Registered Dietitian born and raised in Kansas City. She’s behind the scenes of quite literally everything that goes on at The Clear Skin Lab and is passionate about taking a root-cause approach when it comes to not only your skin health but overall health. Carolyn has been through waves of dealing with acne herself and can truly relate to our CSL clients as they begin to heal their skin using a root cause approach. When Carolyn isn’t working with clients, you’ll find her trying a new local coffee shop or adventuring somewhere in nature!
